Edwina Devendorf (1881-1954) was a deaf artist and sculptor who lived in San Jose, Berkeley, Oakland and Carmel. Her scrapbook documents California artists and sculptors from 1915 to 1936, including William W. Manatt, William Ritschel, and Mary DeNeale Morgan, and model Antonio Corsi. Edwina attended the California College of Arts and Crafts and was a member of the Carmel Arts and Crafts Club. She was also the daughter of James Franklin Devendorf, one of the founders of Carmel-by-the-Sea.
